These Installation Instructions describe the essential steps for using this product. Please also observe the relevant standards and guidelines, in particular the occupational health and safety regulations.
Installation should not be carried out if there is a risk of storms.
1
Installation:
Lay loose on drainage layers with approximately / approx. 20 cm overlapping. The Filter Sheet SF can also be raised slightly at the edges of roof / perimeter and rising structural elements.
If the Filter Sheet is laid on the Floraset® FS 50 or FS 75 drainage element, it should be attached to it using a fleece button. To do this, a small cut is made in the Filter Sheet, through which the fleece button is inserted. This is then pressed into the drainage element. One fleece button per m² is recommended.
To protect against UV radiation and blowing away, the Filter Sheet SF must be covered immediately after installation.
2
Cutting:
The Membrane can be cut using a cutter knife (with a hard blade) or sturdy universal scissors. When cutting, make sure that the already laid layers are not damaged under any circumstances! If damage does occur, it must be reported and repaired immediately.
The Membrane must be cut out in a circle over roof outlets, approximately / approx. 1 cm larger than the roof outlet all round (cross cutting is not sufficient!).
