Installation should not be carried out if there is a risk of storms.
Installation:
Lay the protection and storage mat with a sufficiently large overlapping (at least 50 mm). On rising edges of roofs / perimeters and structural elements, it is laid at least up to the upper edge of the covering.
To protect against UV radiation and blowing away, the protective mat must be covered immediately after installation. Short-term protection against wind can also be provided by moistening the mats.
Cutting:
We recommend cutting the protective mat with sturdy universal scissors. When cutting, make sure that the waterproofing of the roof is not damaged under any circumstances! If damage does occur, it must be reported and repaired immediately.
The protective mat must be cut out in a circle over roof outlets, approx. 10 mm larger than the roof outlet all round (cross cutting is not sufficient!).
