Lay out Solar Base SB 200-4, with pre-assembled fixing points.

With the "saddle" mounting system, the two-part frame support (Solar base frame) is screwed onto a Solar Base SB 200-4 so that the two frames abut each other with their higher sides. In the "butterfly" variant, the two frames butt against each other on the lower side.

Each frame requires two M10 threaded bolts, two washers and two flange nuts for the connection to the solar base. Screwing materials are included with the Base plate.

The two east-west Solar base frames arranged in relation to each other are screwed fixed together at the rear using two M8 × 16 bolts, two M8 hexagon nuts and two 10.5/20 mm washers (once at the frame high point, once at the frame low point). Please also note the last point in the assembly instructions for this step!


Notice:

- The material temperature should not be below + 5 ° Celsius during installation.
- The Solar Base SB 200-4 is installed on a protective layer and must always be filled and covered with bulk material over the entire surface in accordance with the required Superimposed / extra load.
- If the PV system is not completely installed immediately, the horizontal mounting profiles and wind bracing must be installed in any case.
- When mounting horizontal profiles with M8 screws, always use a Stainless steel washer Ø inside/outside 10.5/20 mm.
- No liability if the installation instructions are not followed.

When installing the wind bracing, the positions according to the installation plan must be observed. They are installed in the same way as the Solar base frame connection described above, except that the two aluminum flat bars (pre-drilled) are positioned between the two frames.
