These installation instructions describe the filling of the Zinco Turbobag® by means of a wheel loader only. Of course, it can also be filled differently (by truck, manually, etc.)

Filling of the Zinco Turbobag®:

Preliminary Remark:
These installation instructions describe the filling of the Zinco Turbobag® by means of a wheel loader only. Of course, it can also be filled differently (by truck, manually, etc.)
Instructions:
- On uneven undergrounds, laying of a protection mat (adapted to the size of the Turbobag®-tarp) to protect the tarp against sharp-edged items is recommended.
- Close the safety locking devices at the outlet trunk of the Turbobag®, re-check to ensure that they are locked correctly.
- Spread the Zinco Turbobag®-tarp evenly on the floor with the lettered side facing downwards.
- Start filling the Turbobag® with the wheel loader (place max. 5 tons of bulk material in the middle of the tarp).
- Avoid driving over the tarp as this could lead to material crack/failure.
- In the meantime fix the quad leg bridle sling to the crane.
- After filling, fix the slings of the quad leg bridle sling to the loops of the Turbobag®-tarp (2 slings per loop).
- Lift the Turbobag® with the crane and swing it carefully to the site of installation.
PLEASE NOTE: It is strictly forbidden to stay under the suspended load. - Open the safety locking devices from bottom to top. Open the top safety locking device carefully to allow the bulk material to flow out evenly.
- Refill the empty Turbobag® in the same manner as described above.
Storage Instructions:
- Clean and fold up the Zinco Turbobag® after use.
- Store the Zinco Turbobag® in a dry place.
- Do not expose the Zinco Turbobag® to a constant UV-radiation (e.g. sunlight).
- In case of damage or excessive wear of Turbobag® it must be repaired or regenerated prior to reuse.
