Zinco Aquafleece AF 300 green, 300 g/sqm, roll 2.10 m x 50 m
Capillary-active Membrane, attached to tear-resistant woven fabric / ribbon fabric, for use in irrigated Extensive Green Roofs, with dual function.
1. during irrigation, the water is distributed over the surface due to capillarity and
2. after water saturation, precipitation can pass through (almost) unhindered
Protected by utility model in Germany!
Capillary-effective fabric made of polyester and polypropylene, water absorption capacity approx. 3-4 l/m², attached to a woven fabric / ribbon fabric made of polypropylene and minor additives, water permeability approx. 20 l/(m²/s), tensile strength (longitudinal / across) approx. 19.0 / 15.0 kN/m; total thickness approx. 2.4 mm.

1
Laying:
Aquafleece® is laid loosely on drainage elements with at least 10 cm overlapping, including at head joints. The Membrane is not raised at the edges of roof / perimeters and rising structural elements.
To ensure that the entire surface is supplied with water without loss, the Membrane must be prevented from sagging or overhanging. A gravel strip must therefore be provided at the edge of roof / perimeter and around penetrations. The Aquafleece® can be moistened manually to prevent it from blowing away for a short time after installation. It should be covered immediately after installation to protect it from UV radiation.
2
Cutting:
The Membrane can be cut with (cordless) universal scissors. When cutting, make sure that the already laid layers are not damaged under any circumstances! If damage does occur, it must be reported and repaired immediately.
