These Installation Instructions describe the essential steps for using this product. Please also observe the relevant standards and guidelines, in particular the occupational health and safety regulations.
Installation should not be carried out if there is a risk of storms.
1
Installation:
Floraset® FS 50 slabs are laid butt-jointed, i.e. without overlapping and with the studs facing downwards.*
After installation, the drainage elements must be covered immediately with a Filter Sheet. Both must be covered immediately after installation to protect against UV radiation and blowing away.
2
Cutting:
The Floraset® slabs can be cut with an (electric) foxtail. When cutting, make sure that the already laid layers are not damaged under any circumstances! If damage does occur, it must be reported and repaired immediately.
The drainage elements must be cut out in a circle above roof outlets, approximately / approx. 1 cm larger than the roof outlet all around.
* On flat roofs, the element is laid with the studs facing downwards, for applications on pitched roofs with the studs facing upwards.
