Tools required:
Socket wrench SW 15
Socket wrench SW 13
Cut-off grinder
Assembly steps:
Place the Solar base frame set SGS 90 on the pre-assembled fastening points of the Solar Base SB 200.
Hand-tighten SGS 90 with the nuts incl. washer, tightening torque ≥ 20 Nm.
Lay out SB 200 with mounted SGS 90 according to Zinco planning.
Horizontal coupling profiles with Corner joint...
... or center connector and fastening material with SGS 90, cut the coupling profiles to length according to module size

Inserting the bifacial module, mounting using 4 module connectors and fastening material on the horizontal coupling profiles.
Fully assembled module unit with 2 SGS 90.
Notice:
- The material temperature should not be below +5 ° when carrying out the installation.
- The SB 200 is placed on a protective layer and must always be completely filled and covered with bulk material.
- Provide Superimposed / extra load according to structural engineering / structures.
