The spacing depends on the load, supply and fix to the waterproofing of the roof according to the manufacturer's instructions with 10 cm wide and approx. 25 cm length strips of the same material as the waterproofing.

The Gravel strips are laid on the protective layer/drainage and weighted down with System Substrate / Substrate Soil / Growing Medium. It can be used on both sides to create two heights with one product. The Gravel strips must be connected at the joints with height-adjusted connectors. Corner situations are constructed using inside or outside corners with Corner joints.

2. Retaining profile (Order No. 7905)
3. Strip of sealing material, size approx. 10 cm x 25 cm
4. Load only in tension
When used on flat pitched roofs (up to max. 10°), the Gravel Retainer must be secured against slipping with the retaining profile (Order No. 7905).

When used on flat pitched roofs (up to max. 10°), the Gravel Retainer must be secured against slipping with the retaining profile (Order No. 7905).
The rebate of the retaining profile must be fully inserted into the rebate of the Gravel Retainer. The retaining profile itself is fixed in the area of the perforated strip with a 10 cm wide and 25 cm longitudinal strip of the existing waterproofing of the roof directly to the rear fold-up / upstand of the strip. The profiles must be installed in such a way that the strips are loaded in tension! At least two retaining profiles must be provided for each 2 m length of Gravel Retainer. The waterproofing of the roof must be fixed to the substrate.
