DP-FIX is the ideal complement to our Eaves Profiles DP 55/80/120 A. Together with the components of these profiles a simple, fast and above all, a high-quality installation can be realized.

Range of Applications:
DP-FIX is used for a visually appealing installation of DP-Profiles on unused flat roofs, e.g. as enclosure of green areas or as a transitional profile (gravel /green areas/paving).
Installation Instructions and Procedure:
The DP-FIX system components are to be laid on top of the protection mat (> 300 g/m²).
The securing of the position and the stabilization of the retainer are realized only by means of the load superimposed on the attached fixing mat. The DP-Corner pieces are inserted into the DP-FIX retainers. A DP-FIX retainer with fixing mat is to be applied on both sides of a corner.
Preparation and Installation:
DP-FIX Retainers are always delivered with a fixing mat.
The retainer is to be inserted into the fixing mat from above...
Done! The DP-FIX Retainer is ready to be used.

- Make sure that a protection mat (> 300 g/m²) is applied on the entire roof surface as a base for the DP-FIX and the roof profiles
- Check the scope of delivery
- Insert DP-FIX Retainer into the fixing mat
DP-FIX Retainers are always delivered with a fixing mat.
The retainer is to be inserted into the fixing mat from above...
… and to be pulled through the two rear slots.
Done! The DP-FIX Retainer is ready to be used.
- The DP-Profiles, DP-FIX Retainer (with attached fixing mat) and depending on the shape of the roof DP-corner are installed loosely according to the desired geometry. You need to make sure that the entire surface of the fixing mat (0.50 x 0.75 m) can be provided with superimposed load.
- Adjacent to corners an additional retainer with fixing mat is required.
- If necessary, an additional position fixation and stabilization can be achieved by means of a low superimposed load on the fixing mat.
- After having formed the desired geometry with the DP-components, the Zinco roof profiles can be fixed step by step with the DP-FIX system components by clipping or inserting.
- Finally, the further system build-up (e.g. drainage layer, filter sheet, Zincolit®, etc.) can be installed carefully, so that the given geometry of DP-elements remains preserved.
